Kraft Paper Banding uses 50-80g/m² recyclable paper bands to secure hand towel packs, replacing plastic film. Choose Kraft Banding for environmental positioning; choose Film Wrapping for maximum speed and hygiene barrier properties.
The kraft paper banding machine processes paper weights of 50-80g/m² with widths between 200-320mm. The coil external diameter must not exceed Φ500mm, with internal diameter of at least Φ76mm (3 inch). Paper is fed from M-type rolls. Band dimensions are adjustable with +0-5mm tolerance for both width and height to accommodate various pack sizes.
Yes. Both lines share the identical servo Z/N folding platform operating at 150-230 m/min with vacuum absorption technology. The difference is only in the final packaging module: film wrapping versus kraft paper banding. This allows you to switch between packaging methods by changing only the end-of-line module while maintaining the same folding quality and speed.
The folding section operates at 150-230 m/min. The log saw cuts at 150-350 cuts/min. The kraft paper banding unit packages at 10-30 m/min (stable production), with a design speed of 45 m/min maximum. This is slower than film wrapping because paper banding requires more careful tension control to prevent tearing, but provides the environmental benefit of plastic-free packaging.
The kraft banding unit requires 380V, 50Hz power supply with 13KW total power consumption. Compressed air requirement is 0.5 Mpa with 50 L/min gas consumption. The complete line includes the same folding and cutting modules as the film version, so total power will include the main motor (5.5-7.5KW) and vacuum pump (15-90KW depending on paper width). Machine noise level is rated at ≤78dB with 95% qualified rate guarantee.
