The Automatic Line includes robotic palletizing, automatic case erection, and complete conveyor integration for 24/7 unmanned operation. The Semi-Automatic version (Page 7 of specifications) requires manual feeding at the packaging stage while maintaining automatic folding and cutting. Choose Automatic for high-volume continuous production; choose Semi-Automatic for lower investment with flexible labor integration.
Yes. The line supports both configurations: “Including gluing, excluding embossing” or configurations with both units installed. The Steel-to-Steel Embossing Unit uses nest-to-nest technology for texture patterns, while the Lamination System applies point-to-point adhesive for multi-ply luxury towels. Both operate at full line speed (150-230 m/min) without speed reduction.
The Fully Servo Z/N Folding Machine operates at 150-230 m/min. The High-Speed Log Saw cuts at 150-350 cuts/min. The Film Wrapping Machine packages at 30-80 packs/min depending on pack dimensions (L150-350mm × W100-210mm × H70-110mm). Robot palletizing handles <9 cases per minute with ±0.04mm precision. Actual throughput depends on your fold type (Z/N vs W-fold) and sheet count per pack.
Standard configurations include Z/N fold (most common for dispensers) and W fold. Optional configurations support 5-fold and 6-fold for specialized markets. All fold types use vacuum absorption technology with servo counting for precision interfolding. Changeover between fold types requires mechanical adjustment and recipe changes in the Siemens/Inovance control system.
