The Single-Head configuration features one production unit capable of 1/4 fold or 1/8 fold geometries, with line dimensions of approximately 15.4m x 7.5-9.5m depending on configuration. The Twin-Head version features two parallel production units for double output capacity within a similar footprint (15.4m x 9.1m). Choose Single-Head for standard restaurant and hotel production; choose Twin-Head for high-volume export or large-scale manufacturing requiring maximum throughput.
1/4 fold is the standard format for restaurant and hospitality napkins, creating a compact square when folded. 1/8 fold creates a smaller, more compact naplet format ideal for beverage service, compact dispensers, or markets requiring minimal storage space. The 1/8 fold option is only available on the Single-Head configuration (not on Twin-Head) and requires specific line dimensions of 15,932mm x 9,484mm with lamination unit.

The Lamination Unit applies point-to-point adhesive for multi-ply construction. You must choose one finishing option at order configuration, though both deliver premium quality suitable for branded hospitality napkins.
