Yes. The line supports both “Including gluing, excluding embossing” and configurations with both units installed, identical to the automatic version. The gluing system applies point-to-point adhesive for multi-ply luxury towels, while the steel-to-steel embossing unit creates texture patterns. Both options operate at full folding speed without affecting the manual packaging stage.
The folding section operates at 150-230 m/min with vacuum absorption technology. The log saw cuts at 150-350 cuts/min. The film wrapping unit processes 30-80 packs per minute, though actual throughput depends on operator feeding speed at the manual station.
