Absolutely. The machine’s steel embossing rollers are fully customizable. Prior to manufacturing, you can provide us with your brand’s logo or preferred decorative pattern, and our engineering team will precision-engrave it onto the cylinders to ensure your napkins reflect your brand identity perfectly.
Minimizing downtime is a priority in our design. Switching between the standard 1/4 fold and the compact 1/8 fold requires only minor mechanical adjustments and selecting the corresponding program on the control panel. An experienced operator can complete the format changeover in approximately 15 to 20 minutes.
The machine is highly adaptable, but for optimal speed and the sharpest embossing definition, we recommend using standard 1-ply or 2-ply tissue jumbo rolls ranging from 14 to 25 gsm. Operating within this range guarantees the 1400 pcs/min output without tearing the web.
While our machines are modular in nature, retrofitting a bare embossing machine with a synchronized flexographic printing unit down the line is complex and cost-prohibitive due to frame and transmission requirements. If color printing is on your near-term roadmap, we highly advise investing initially in our Two-Color 1/4 Fold Machine.
The primary wear-and-tear components are the high-speed cutting blades, grinding wheels, and transmission belts. Tongbang includes a comprehensive spare parts kit with your initial delivery. For future needs, these parts follow international industrial standards and can be easily sourced locally or shipped directly from our global support center.
