Yes. The engineered unwind back stand feeds a single, wide jumbo roll into the machine. After passing through the precision embossing unit, the continuous tissue web is mechanically split into two separate, high-speed parallel streams that flawlessly feed each folding head simultaneously without jamming.
To maintain absolute stability and exact folding registration at massive speeds, both folding heads are driven by a central, single-motor transmission system. Therefore, they operate in perfect tandem, guaranteeing that both output streams maintain identical speed and folding quality throughout your production shift.
Safety is our foremost priority. Recognizing the intense mechanical forces at play, all primary transmission gears, drive belts, and high-velocity folding units are enclosed by robust industrial safety shields. Furthermore, the opto-mechatronic sensors will automatically trigger an emergency stop if any tissue breakage is detected in either paper path.
The machine accommodates standard commercial and industrial jumbo tissue rolls, securely locking rolls up to Φ1500mm in diameter. The robust pneumatic tension control allows you to process various paper grades and weights ranging from 190mm to 420mm in width smoothly and consistently.
